Information you provide
When you use a contact or inquiry form on the Site, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Message content and any details you choose to share (for example, senior year, school, preferred session type, or timing)
If you later book a session, we may collect additional information needed to provide photography services (for example, session preferences, location details, wardrobe notes, and delivery preferences). That information is used to fulfill our agreement with you and run the business.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may automatically receive technical data when you visit the Site, such as:
- IP address
- Browser type and device information
- Date/time of access and pages requested
- Referring URL
- General diagnostic or security logs
This data is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions (for example, security, load balancing, remembering cookie preferences) and, where applicable, optional third-party embeds.
We use a consent tool on the Site so you can manage certain optional third-party content. Depending on your choices and what is enabled on a given page, that may include services such as:
- YouTube (embedded video)
- Vimeo (embedded video)
- Google Maps (embedded maps)
If you allow those embeds, the third party may set its own cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy, as if you visited that service directly.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site features.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to inquiries and communicate with you
- Schedule, plan, and deliver portrait sessions and related products/services
- Send session-related information (for example, preparation tips, gallery delivery, or follow-up questions)
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Protect against spam, fraud, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Photography and portfolio images
When we photograph you (or your senior), the images and related session details are handled as part of providing our photography services. We may display selected images on the Site, social media, or marketing materials when we have appropriate permission or another lawful basis to do so (for example, a signed model/release or your agreement in our booking terms). If you want an image removed from public marketing, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to run the Site and business, including with service providers that process data on our behalf or as part of standard web infrastructure, such as:
- Website hosting and performance (for example, SiteGround and related caching/optimization tools)
- Security and content delivery providers that protect or deliver the Site (for example, Cloudflare when used by our host)
- Form and website tools used to collect and manage inquiries (for example, Gravity Forms and other form plugins active on the Site)
- Automation or integration tools connected to forms (for example, Zapier), if enabled, so we can route inquiries into the tools we use to respond
- Email and communication systems we use to reply to you
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
These providers should use your information only to provide their services to us or as required by law. Social platforms (such as Instagram) process data under their own policies when you interact with our profiles or when content is shared there.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above:
- Inquiry form submissions — typically retained while we communicate with you and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and business records
- Client/session records and images — retained as needed to deliver services, maintain business and tax records, and support reorders or legitimate business needs
- Technical logs — retained according to our hosting/security providers’ practices and our operational needs
When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it when practical.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us as described above. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. We may retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or a legitimate business need to do so (for example, completed transactions or security logs).
You can opt out of optional marketing emails by using unsubscribe links when provided, or by emailing us. Service-related messages about an active inquiry or booking may still be necessary.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults inquiring about senior portrait services (typically parents/guardians and adult students). It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small business website (including HTTPS and hosting/security tools). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-party links and embeds
The Site may link to third-party websites or load embedded content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their policies before providing information to them.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals. Our Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track in a special way beyond the cookie/consent controls we provide.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you are informed of the revised policy. For material changes, we may provide additional notice on the Site when appropriate.
